5 ROMANTIC WEDDING SONGS THAT WILL GIVE YOU GOOSEBUMPS

When you think of romantic wedding songs, which ones come to mind? When we were planning our wedding reception, my husband and I had a really hard time picking a song for our first dance. If you’re in the same boat and are looking for a first-dance or processional song, here’s part of my list.

BUTTERFLY KISSES – BOB CARLISLE
This is a very touching father-daughter dance song. I think the fact that the last part is about giving his daughter away at her wedding makes this one especially appropriate.

JUST SAY YOU’LL LOVE ME -CHICAGO
There’s no question that Chicago can spin a good love song, but this one is perfect for a wedding from beginning to end.

I SWEAR – JOHN MICHAEL MONTGOMERY
One big reason I love this song for a wedding is that it truly talks about having a life together.

FROM THIS MOMENT – SHANIA TWAIN
“From this moment, life has begun/from this moment, you are the one/right beside you is where I belong/from this moment on.” Oh! I super love the message of this song.

HERE AND NOW – LUTHER VANDROSS
It’s a shame he’s not around to make any more of his soulful ballads, but this song is dead-on to what wedding vows should sound like. I’d have sung it to my husband, but I can’t carry a tune in a bucket.

If you consider what marriage is about – a lifetime commitment to the one you love – these romantic wedding songs speak for themselves. On a side note, I want to thank my sister for this awesome e commerce workflow.

FUN MUSIC FESTIVALS THAT KEEP YOU BUSY AND HAPPY

I am always prepared to get moving and shaking at some of the most fun music festivals! Ranging from raves to mosh pits, the partying at music festivals is never ending.Get ready, get set, and become part of an unbelievable experience while attending a fun music festival.

VANS WARPED TOUR
A United States national tour, Vans Warped Tour, is seen as special and unique. Even with the heat and crowds, Vans Warped Tour is a tour in which everyone is accepted and everyone matters. You’re able to be yourself when listening to some of your favorite such as All Time Low, Taking Back Sunday, and Blood on the Dance Floor.

COACHELLA
There are so many reasons as to why Coachella is awesome. First off the festival is held in California, Indio, California to be exact. I love their silicon mini fuzz face!

ELECTRIC ZOO
Randalls Island Park, New York City, a ferry ride, there is nothing better! With the festival catering to all-ages, it is well controlled and very organized. This means that there are wristband scanners, organized buses, and lots of security.

ELECTRIC DAISY CARNIVAL
The Electric Daisy Carnival could be summed up as a huge music party that goes from sun up to sun down or sun down to sun up. This means that you can dance to artists and DJs such as Nero, Alesso, and Porter Robinson while watching the sun set and rise.

ULTRA
Ultra Music Festival, where the music keeps playing and the beats keep flowing. Ultra tours internationally, but here in the United States, Ultra Music Festival is held in Miami, Florida. Since the festival is very, very popular and overly crowded, there are tons of really exciting parties surrounding the festival.

How about you? Which one is your favorite?

Indie artists you should be listening to

There’s nothing I love more than listening to indie artists. I feel like these artists are more about doing their own thing, and just making people happy with their music.

BOY & BEAR
I love this song! “Blood to Gold” has such a cool melody to it, and the lyrics are really interesting. This band makes great music and videos that go along with it.

HURTS
The video is just a tad bit weird, but the song is fantastic. I came across this song just by a random click on YouTube and I’m so glad that I did!

ATLAS GENIUS
I love this song! The lyrics are beautiful, and the melody is fun and upbeat. Atlas Genius is an awesome band!

YOUNG THE GIANT
Love this band and love this song. To be honest, I love everything about them. They have such a mellow vibe to them. They just radiate the love for music. I heard that they love new distortion pedal.

MISTERWIVES
I hadn’t heard of this band until NYC’s CMJ Music Marathon and I’m so glad I heard them that night! They covered a Drake song and sounded fantastic.

One of my favorite things to do is listen to new music! Who was your favorite on this list?
